I am an Author and a story teller but more importantly I am a heart attack survivor.
I’m telling my heart story to everyone. When I realized I didn’t die and would live after my heart attack, I was determined to tell women about what happened to me and what I learned.
EXCITING NEWS! My story is now a book! I published it September 2023 and it’s available on Amazon. Here’s the link to order it
Available as an audiobook too! Order here
You’ll read about my journey surviving a heart attack and struggling with all the changes I needed to make to live free in my ‘new normal’.
After my brush with death I was overwhelmed with gratitude and began to include it in my daily journal. I felt creating a journal devoted to gratitude would be a blessing for many. It can make a perfect companion book to “My Heart Attack Saved my Life ••• But for What?” or stand alone journal.
Whether you are new to journaling or have been doing it for a while, this journal is perfect for you. Here’s the link
Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women and will take one in three women (breast cancer kills one in eight).
My story resonates with women who are too busy taking care of everyone and everything and have no time to care for themselves. Women who thrive on “busyness” like multi-tasking, being in charge, running the meeting, leading the group, and long to do lists.
I want to tell my story to:
- help women
- save lives
- fight heart disease
As a Mayo Clinic trained WomenHeart Champion, my mission is to educate, advocate, and support women with or at risk for heart disease.
